This policy explains what Niloosa collects when you request a commission and how it is used.
What we collect
When you request a painting we keep what you type in: your name, your email or phone, the delivery address, and any note you leave. You don't need an account, and we never ask for payment details on this site.
How we use it
Your details go to the painter so she can build your piece and contact you about the artwork, the timeline and the price. That's all. We don't sell your data.
Sharing
Your request goes to the painter handling your order, over Telegram. Where they're switched on, our hosting and database providers also process it, purely to keep the site running.
Artworks
The paintings shown come from public-domain museum collections and are reproduced lawfully.
Your choices
Write to us on the contact page any time and we'll show you what we hold or delete it.
