By using Niloosa and requesting a commission, you agree to these terms.
The service
Niloosa lets you ask for a hand-painted canvas version of a public-domain artwork. Sending a request doesn't commit you to anything. The painter agrees the scope, timeline and final price with you before any work starts or any money changes hands.
Pricing & payment
The prices here are a guide. The real figure and the payment itself are arranged directly with the painter. This website never takes payment.
Reproductions
Every artwork we offer is in the public domain. What you receive is an original hand-painted version signed by the painter, not a forgery passed off as the original.
Delivery
The painter gives you a timeline for your own order. Painting by hand takes time, so treat any date as an estimate rather than a guarantee.
Liability
Niloosa puts you in touch with a painter and is provided “as is”. So far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages.
